Absolutely TERRIBLE service. Spoke to Rob multiple times over the phone and emailed through collection notice day before and was told everything was sorted. On the morning of collection he advised we had emailed through saying item was not ready for collection (definitely did not email this) then went on to claim we never spoke to him the day before and that he never got emailed details. Not sure what is going on with this company but hopefully they sort out their issues as it was very unprofessional. We have now had to rush around finding another company to collect our goods. Will definitely be avoiding using Speedy Crane Trucks for future collections...very unreliable.

Rob was so helpful, he was on time and went above and beyond by helping me get my lounge into the house after he had lifted it over the back wall. Would recommend him without reservation.

Rob and his crew went out of their way to help us with a tricky job working overtime and Saturday to get us back on track ,reasonable rates and great communication, i could not recommend more highly ,thanks boys
