Redland’s Party Hire

Very poor customer service and no respect for clients. A week out from our event, received an email stating our order has been cancelled. I had spoken with her on the phone months ago to place our booking and was told I just had to pay prior to pick up. This was supported in the text of an email where I received my quote that I responded to asking if I could up the quantity of our order. This was approximately 3-4 weeks out from the event and all was good at this stage. Did not receive any further correspondence or warning that she was taking other bookings over the top of mine that would impact our order. Very disappointed and very annoyed with her blatant disregard for her customers. Would never recommend her services.

Couldn't recommend Redland's party hire enough! The equipment is in great condition, their communication is very efficient and they will go out of their way to assist with your needs. Courtney was lovely to work with and provided outstanding service. Will definitely be using this business again for any future events!
