Gifted data should not expire with recipient's billing cycle; this is a bad customer experience and suggest Belong should overcome this issue sooner than later; otherwise they will lose customers.

Belong is great! No issues from us; our favourite is gifting data to my partner or vice versa. We got lucky and caught a deal; $45 a month for 100GB with a bonus 100GB for a year when we signed up.

Hubby n I Bought a 2x $45 new Starter Kit. Bonus only paid $22.00 @ Checkout. 2.5 Hrs to Port From Old Carrier. Upgraded to $55 plan. $20 Referral Code used. Sent hubby 10G of Data just for kicks and Instantaneously received it. So happy with my decision ☺️

My dad's number was disconnected without receiving any notifications that there was an issue with the billing. Upon contacting Belong there appeared to be an issue with them being able to send an email to his address, even though their automated system sent verification emails just fine. So now he has to get a new number and notify all his contacts etc. Such poor performance from Belong, really dissappointed.

Don't waste your time, go anywhere else!Imagine shopping around, moving provider and selecting a new plan with Belong for your mobile service. Then a week later they advise they are changing their mobile plans and increasing their prices, they don't care that you signed up a week ago at one price and if you dont like it then change to a cheaper plan or go elsewhere.Tried to reach out to support and was sent the same auto generated reply 5 times basically explaining there is nothing they can do, go to a cheaper plan or go elsewhere.Zero customer service and misleading customers by advertising one price online and then changing it 7 days later.

Amazing service, glad i changed over to this provider! Happy with my mobile plan. I hope the belong app will update so we dont have to log in every time, but other than that, great provider!

Gifting my data before I change providers. You are very quick to send rude emails if my payment is late, but you can’t seem to get connectivity near my home. I’m heading back to Optus.

Gifting is now not working. No confirmation emails to either sender or receiver. Done it twice now, hope they aren't just delayed and I've gifted twice. Also the modified login is a pain in app, put in incorrect login email now I can't back out.
