Went through the drive through.Asked if we could have extra salt added to the chips. The young lady at the window said no. We asked if they could put it just on top. She said she would ask. Then a second later received the meal. We asked “no salt?” To which she said no sorry. She was down right rude. This is not customer service!!! Look at your staff.

The female staff are the rudest people ever.They are always out of bacon. Or chicken, or lettuce is old.The whole store is the worst store ive been into and i worked at KFC for pver 10 years in the past.Their attitude the older larger lady is a discrace never smiles and shouldnt be there at all.

Leopards seem to only change the LOOK of their spots. Partner drove 21kms to Parkes KFC ordered food got it drove 21kms home and no large coleslaw that was included in our order. $46 for 2. Not cheap.

Because of covid , there was no place to dine in. But because I stayed in condobolin for two weeks, I was craving for KFC. So on our way to orange we stopped by. And the food was amazing.

Ordered 3 box meals of which 2 boxes were incomplete they had no chips in them just the mash and gravy.Also the little boneless pieces of meat instead of the chicken wings is ridiculous.No value for money anymore!!

Absolutely the worst service45 minute wait on the meal boxesCouldn't stand inside and wait for meals because their air-conditioning was broken. Once we did receive our meals both were cold.

Don’t bother you ask for a twister add bacon and cheese you end up with a twister with legit just chicken bacon and sauce, potato and gravy seems to be microwaved and the container is melted to the lid, you have to park and wait and everything is still just warmish and your chips are barley half full. Just awful.

Worst experience so far. Have been working in Parkes for 3 years and have been to this restaurant on several occasions with the same result. Ordered a 3 piece box and original fillet burger chicken overcooked stale chips no potato and gravy or gravy and very limited drinks unable to print a receipt as I work here am unable to claim for tax.Staff are not helpful or rude. I keep being told to travel to Forbes as the KFC there is better and people are 100% right. Unfortunately the recent refurbishment has made no difference to the quality or availability of the food very disappointing. I suggest you keep driving to the next town will not be returning to this restaurant.
