I thought I would never feel better again. I had a week in hospital with test after test and no answers. I made an appointment with Elke and everything changed. Elke listened to my history and issues, and together we devised a supplement and diet plan that gave me back my life. After weeks of feeling off, extreme gut issues, headaches, hot flashes, pain etc, I started to feel better day by day, until one day I realised everything was better. Being from rural SA. Elke offered appointments via facetime which was a lifeline. I can recommend Elke 100%.

Elke Supple is a very professional and friendly and knowledgable nutritionist who explains very well what your condition is and how to treat it and why and also supplies very helpful written information so you can refer to it when necessary.
