Firstly staff was very kind in both offline and online store (based on their response and explanation), and there are many kinds of unique soap moulds and other materials for candle and diffuser with good quality and prices, I love it!

I searched online stores for materials I wanted to buy. But when I went to the offline store, there were more ingredients. It was good to buy various production materials. And the shopkeeper is very kind. I helped a lot so that I wouldn't feel uncomfortable buying things.

This shop has many variety handmade soap products. The prices are reasonable. Great customer service, friendly owner. I asked a lot of questions and they patiently helped me. Highly recommended. :)
