I was placed on a 5 week practicum placement at Down South Physio as part of my Physiotherapy degree. Having had five placements in metro hospitals, I can confidently say that this was my most enjoyable placement. Trev and his team made a massive positive impression on me with their amazing mentoring, expertise and caring nature. I truly felt part of the family.Their influence has directed myself into a career of musculoskeletal physiotherapy. They care about each other and their clients and truly set a benchmark on how a physiotherapist should be.

I can't say enough good things about my experience here. I was traveling and looking to get back into pilates, and came across this place.The staff is incredible, designing a plan that will either rehabilitate or condition you back into shape. The clientele are friendly and welcoming, overall there is a fantastic vibe at this place.Personal thanks to Trev and Mieke for their hospitality and for kicking my butt!

I first saw Trevor in Aug 2021 complaining of persistent knee pain and unable to do a lot of the activities I love like surfing. He identified the injury and the cause of the pain and clearly communicated my options for recovery, surgery or rehab. I decided to do group rehab at the clinic with Trevor and after a few months I was back surfing without the need for surgery. Every week Trevor turned up with a smile, a story and plenty of new exercises to keep me motivated. He is a wealth of knowledge and always happy to break things down to make the concepts easier to understand. I highly recommend Trevor for any injury treatment or rehab!

Great experience seeing Bree for some pain I was experiencing in my glute. Very thorough and took the time to explain the injury and provided a detailed recovery plan. Would highly recommend.
