The team at Finney, particularly Mark Dowsen were compassionate and efficient in helping us organise our mum's funeral. They were also culturally aware and sensitive and met our needs in regards to organising a Hindu funeral. All our requests were met and nothing was a challenge. They also have one of the two crematoriums in Launceston on site and the only crematorium open 24/7 which allows for quick cremation as required by several cultures. It was a no brainer to go with Finneys from the moment we picked up the phone asking for help. Thank you once again for the care and dignity you gave our late mother.

We recently had Finneys conduct my mother’s funeral and could not fault the whole experience.Person of note, Jac who planned everything with my sister and I , went over and above in every sense. Jac showed boundless empathy, warmth, and knowledge on the whole process. Through our grief we felt supported and assured on all levels by Jac.Finneys are very fortunate to have her .We were also grateful to have Colin officiating .I cannot praise Finneys enough , particularly for the small details ie: Locketts of Mum’s hair .

My husband died suddenly and this funeral home was one of the most nicest and helpful. The lady who came to see me was kind helpful and she was full of information. The company was respectful they listened to what I wanted and did it toPerfection. I could not have asked for a more perfect experience in one of the saddest times in my life. Thank you so much.
