Sunny & Hugo, property managers here went above and beyond for me. I am moving interstate and they were super helpful arranging two remote applications for a rental property. Very nasty experience with their property management for landlords. Suggest you verify in detail with photos the need, scope and price for any of their repair quotes and compare for mismatch with final invoices. My suspicion is underqouting and gouging, lost months of rent last year and deeply question their value and service proposition. Very expensive experience, I'd look elsewhere.

I wouldn’t want to be an owner of a property wanting to be rented through Biggin and Scott Stonnington.There is a property for rent for double what the leasing agent would earn a week in Armadale at the moment.I have been calling all week , emails , texts and enquires . Not one reply.Then I confirmed my appointment to view, travel from Sydney and as I’m on the way , it’s cancelled .For $1200 a week that the owner is losing by your laziness .. I wonder what you’re telling him as to why it hasn’t been leased yet …Going to be doing a title search this afternoon to contact the owner directly . As an owner myself , I would want to know if my agent was that incompetent. Maybe the leasing agent should be willing to compensate the owner with the $1200 a week rent he’s losing by being “too busy” to bother returning a call, text message and email .

The experience of starting a rental through BigginScott Stonnington has been the best renting experience of my renting life to date, easily.
