The food is delicious but our orders are always wrong. Today, I ordered a bowl with pulled beef and guac. My husband picked it up and it's a bowl with pork and no guac.. It's not worth us driving back now as we're working. This seems to happen at the Richlands store only for us.

I normally eat here (mostly drive-thru) at Guzmany Gomez Richland from 3 - 4 times out a week for the last 7 months but the last night's large Burrito wrap was disgusting, the wrap was heavily loaded with white rice, very lite grilled chicken, and watery beans. The Guac was bland and I do not even know what happened to the sour cream I paid for. I had to throw it in the bin. The fries were over-salted. I was highly dissatisfied.

Second time going to this restaurant and I’m still not disappointed tbh, the cheese and ham quesadilla is soooo good. For something so simple, I loved it.The breakfast burrito was so good. I love the chewy wrap!! Also I wish they gave me more that like 4 chips to eat the breaky bowl with but that tasted good too!My only dislike is I wish they would sell the tomato and coriander stuff without the coriander for those who don’t like it. I can’t stand coriander, it’s disgusting! But the food I got definitely needed some sort of freshness to cut through the heavy foods. So I am hoping and preying one day they’ll sell the pico without the coriander and also the guacamole.

For a fast food restaurant, the food is wholesome and healthy. If you order spicy, it really is.We ate in. The place was clean and fresh and inviting. Tables and chairs were also clean. It's Mexican food and the restaurant decor is in-line with a Mexican theme (I haven't been to Mexico). Music was suitable; not too loud either.The serving staff member was friendly and cheerful. She brought our food within 5 mins with a smile.Now our go-to place when not in the mood for cooking at home. A good value meal and experience.

It's my favourite place to get authentic Mexican food.Reasonable wait in the drive-through. Friendly staff, fresh delicious food, great food temperature, all items ordered in the bag, quick service overall. The kids loved their meals. Great serving portion.

I hate to say it for $14.50 a small hand full of fries that were undercooked non existent cheese and a blob of avo.I would say not only was it disappointing, but I would say it bordered on a scam.So yes your right would not recommend at all.

Update: went tonight thought I'd give it another shot omg $77 worth of cremated chicken in meals!!! ordered soft chicken tacos x3 large mealSpicy chicken enchilada large mealMild Chicken burrito large mealMild chicken kids burrito kids mealAll had burnt chicken no not a little char or grill ect it was burnt!!!! Not awww it's a little burnt you can smell it as soon as you bite in.... come on people do better!!!!!!!! At least this time they remembered the no beansFood was amazing but my chicken enchilada was meant to be NO BEANS. I said it at the box when I quoted my order number. I reminded them at the pick up window when they told me it wouldn't be ready and to move to the waiting bay. I get home and there are BEANS! Not some beans I mean this thing is more BEANS than enchalada. Not happy at all I hate beans the should be a free add option not a have to remove one.I'm done two strikes Richlands is OUT!
