Inder was my instructor, she was friendly and had great humour. She was very knowledgeable and knew everything. The training was direct, efficient and effective. She made sure we all knew what we were doing before we moved on. I had an enjoyable experience.

Inder was very articulate in her lecture. She gave bonus or extra info to add in the discussion. She made sure we learn from the lecture than just getting the certificate. Every after topic, she made sure we understood the topic before proceeding to the next one and was open to questions. It was a lively lecture.

I recently attended a CPR refresher course at CPR First Aid and was thoroughly impressed by both, how fast and easy the course was and the impeccable service especially by my trainer Steve. The attentive and knowledgeable staff ensured that we understood and could complete our course. It was a memorable one, providing excellent knowledge. I can’t recommendCPR First aid enough for a fantastic CPR and first aid experience.

Had a full CPR FIRST AID class with Steve. Got all the knowledge I required and he explained everything clearly and encourage to ask questions frequently. Steve is a good trainer. I give 5 star and will recommend this training organization to anyone who needs it.

Enrolled in their First Aid class. Theory was online and 3 hrs practical on site (Laverton), which was very convenient for me. Our instructor Steve made the practical part fun and informative with his stories of real life scenarios. I also came away with suggestions on how I can further practice what I learned in class. Overall, it was a great experience. Steve is a patient and down-to-earth instructor. Their prices are competitive and I would happily recommend their First Aid training!

I have been a regular with CPR First Aid as I have always found the classes very informative but also lighthearted and fun. This was the first time at Laverton and also the first time my husband had done a first aid course.We both found the online study easy to follow along and doable. The class itself run by Erder (?) who was great and made everyone feel at ease.No matter how many times I do my recertification there is always something new I learn!Here’s hubby demonstrating how not to hold a baby, and the correct way!!
