Mid City Motor Inn

Excellent experience. Located in the heart of Singleton, the Mid City Motor Inn has everything one would need; comfortable bed, good size TV, renovated rooms with fridge, ironing board and lounge/dining area. Great size bathroom & shower (great water pressure). Generously sized room, parking right out front. Check in and check out a breeze with friendly and helpful staff. Couldn't ask for more. Thanks again for a great stay.

Room was spacious and clean , bed was comfortable. Fridge worked well which was great as we were on the road for 5 days . Was a little disappointed with shower it wasn’t very good at all I burnt myself trying to sort the shower head they need to update and get new ones . There was no plates or cutlery to use , no toaster either . Microwave was dirty. But overall nice place and very quiet .

Ideal location in the middle of Singleton.Rooms are tidy and well appointed. Restaurant offers evening meals only .. recommend a visit.

The room was a good size and the staff were friendly and informative. I noticed someone complained about the shower head in another review but I liked it. Can change the settings on it just like the one I have at my home. I thought the room was a bit over priced for the area but I used my NSW stays voucher to offset that. Need to book direct to use that. Was for a special occasion so weren’t flexible on dates. Was asked a number of questions via SMS before staying here which was a first. Never had that before and I have stayed at a lot of Motels in my life. One question was did I need an iron. My bet is people steal them. Didn’t check for a toaster so unsure if there was one. For a 4 star rating they really need those things. Later in the night I got a text message saying security did patrols and to make sure my car was locked. Must be a rough area or something? The pub over the road stays open until 3am but we didn’t hear any noise from there. We had two cars and my partner parked on the street out front of the pub and had no issues with security at all. Bed was comfy. Can walk to the shops. Would stay again if the price was good.

Staff were great, we needed to check out a bit later -Not a problem,needed a power cord not a problem.Very basic room, but very clean and tidy . Wifi worked well , had bar fridge, microwave and had aircon which was very good. Car park spot right outside our room.Lots of dining options available close by .Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here numerous times. Simple clean rooms with a great location. Will be back.

Great motel. Large rooms, very clean and the most comfortable bed. Close to the hotel for a nice meal. Lady at front reception at motel is very friendly and helpful.

Lots of instructions, they don’t clean or wipe down bench tops. There is a note in the room when you check in warning you that if they need to clean anything in the kitchen it’ll cost you more. There is even instructions on how to flush the toilet. Oh the cook top also had an out of order sign on it.

Great hotel, clean and tidy. Had everything we wanted. Very reasonable price.
