Super happy with the way they handle their enquiries. I ordered a picnic basket on Ebay (14 days ago) which never came as the facture never sent it due to being out of stock" and did not informed me. I had to request a refund from Ebay and immediately contacted FRENCH KNOT to help out with my order. Within few hours my order was dispatched and at my front door within 48h. THANK YOU SO MUCH !!!!"

Excellent excellent excellent. The product I’m am so in love with. I live in Geelong vic. The delivery and package of my product has been really good. I only had 1 problem out of about 20 deliveries and it was sort out straight away. Very very happy customer and would like to thank them for such a beautiful product
