Inexperienced person, could not even open the unit door. Broke indoor unit door and surprisingly invoiced me for a job that did not do.Very poor customer service, keep calling me to pay an invoice and when I asked them to have my unit repaired first, they disappeared.A successful business resolves issues in bad situations, otherwise everyone is happy when things go as planned.I am not recommending them at all.

We were very pleased with the great installation job done by Paul & Hayden today .They were friendly , diligent and efficient & took care in the way they carried out their workCovered the floor , removed their shoes & cleaned up afterwards showing great respect & courtesyThe office staff was also very friendly , helpful and professional. Called All General Air to come out to service our Actron Air. Very impressed with the knowledgeable staff and quick response. Diagnosed the issue promptly and even had the part in their van. Very efficient and pleasant to deal with. I Can't recommend highly enough.

Placed a call under warranty and Luke our serviceman identified the fault within 1 minute of turning the unit on. He was very professional, friendly and had an awesome knowledge of the Actron system.

I highly recommend All General Air Conditioning. I had another company come out and they told me my unit needed to be replaced . The highly qualified technician at All General diagnosed a minor issue within 10 mins and the repair cost was under $1000 .

Hello tram All general air conditioning Matt,Michael,AndrewI am really very thankful of these people they are very Professional workmanship, I had insurance claim on my install a 20kw Actron ducted air system in my home at Wentworthville . I’ve been going though lots of problem with my previous Instaler but these people saved me. They were allowed to do only their nominated work but they have helped me with some other issue which has done from other Instaler. They have came 3 time with 2 and 3 boys. They didn’t give up. I have very tight access in my roof but andrew were swimming up there to fix the issue. I’m really glad that actron has contractor like ALL GENERAL AIR CONDITIONING. I’m very happy to pass you guys details so people can sit back and enjoy their aircon and don’t suffer the pain what I have gone through. They were neat, tidy, and polite. I don’t normally write reviews, but offered to do so, and would certainly recommend them to friend’s and family in the future. Thanks again.Pradip
