I spoke with the owner over the phone about upping the pricing without warning and she was so rude. I’d been taking my Cockerspaniel to them for 7 years. She said to me I wasn’t considered a good customer for her as I didn’t go every month. She said I was probably best looking a different groomer. It’s a shame because the staff are so lovely and Pumpkin always comes out looking great. But the owners rudeness has turned me right off giving her anymore of my money.

I have been taking my long-haired border collie here for a few years now and they always do a wonderful job. She gets very anxious and distressed being groomed so it can’t be easy for the staff to groom her but she always comes out looking incredible - no clumps, shiny coat and smelling great. 5 stars!

The owner herself advised against sending my pet here as they can not take care of their animals (see screenshot)! She is mixed up (referred to the wrong dog), but I'm still relieved to have received this accidental warning before sending my pet here!
