Had lunch here today. Waited 10 minutes to be served even though I was at the till with cash in My hand an girls kept serving others around me. Very rude an unprofessional. Whispering an talking under there breath with one another about customers that they were attending to. Won't be returning.

Girl had an attitude as we hadn’t decided what we wanted told us there was no ice was annoyed when asking for the price difference to be given to us gave us raw onion and burnt our hot dog rolls and didn’t want to give us a receipt and she decided the drink size before we could say anything.

Girl wanted to punch friend and I I’m face for not deciding order yet and gave us an attitude the entire time while burning our hotdog rolls and giving raw onion. She didn’t let us decide our drink size and refused to give a receipt and tried to make us pay more for a drink when she said there was no ice.

Good service and good shake & hot dog deals. Quick cheap meal for the kiddies. They now do “bubble” drinks which is a little different for this chain.I love the great ice-cream cakes that are reasonably priced.

Im sorry generally I’m very nice when it comes to reviews but i need to speak my honest opinion. Customer service is absolutely sh*t. Ive been here a few times and the customer service is awful and the food is gross. I love Wendy’s i normally go to Hollywood or Elizabeth and they’re amazing never had an issue, but ingle farm is definitely a no. Only reason I’m giving is a two stars is because my partner likes them but he only gets a hotdog with sauce so its simple. Came in today and was served with nothing but attitude and absolutely disgusting food and milkshake. I think ill just stick to Hollywood or Elizabeth.

Never had an issue with none of the staff at all as always great flavors of ice creams to choose from, even the vegan coconut delight is deliciousAs bec one of the ladies she's such a lovely lady as I knew her for a couple years now

Love how you really see what they’re doing, they serve multiple customers at once while hot dogs, donuts and chips are heating up, which makes my service significantly quicker every time. Staff are very polite and helpful. Have ordered a cake from here before and tasted just as good as it looked, was just amazing.

Been 2 times and will never be back.Both lady's working have no customer service and quiet rude on both visits. Sons shake fine but daughters fruit smoothes were not nice. Wont be wasting our money there again.

Probably the worst customer service I’ve ever had. The lady who served me looked like she was going to straight up punch me in the face for asking a question about the difference between the shakes.
