Great setups with pens for different level of training from puppy school to advance lvl. Trainers are A-class and willing to assist with additional problems. Class structure and training method is well thought out and seems to be working if maintained at home. It's more training the owners to train the dogs.

The team there is really friendly and helpful. Their day care services are quite handy if you can't leave your dog alone at home. I feel safe dropping off my dog there as I know that she will have a good time socialising with other dogs and the staff.

The best canine training venue I have ever attended. I did a 5 day course a number of years ago and I found it to be very comprehensive and suitable for dogs who have complex issues. The course provided an opportunity to train in different environments and contexts, and under distraction, which I think helped to reinforce and consolidate the training for my dog.

Alpha training method is based around no treat, positive verbal feedback and the use of a halter. Teaching is done via weekly classes, available on certain days and times depending on your level.Packages are either a $500 upfront with $20 per lesson or $1200 upfront for life time membership (2021); we paid for life time membership.Classes are run by one trainer, supported by one or two others depending on their staffing. Each class has prescribed lessons for each class; for example level one is sit and stay. So the trainer usually demonstrates, let's the class try and then repeat for the next exercise. Once you've mastered the lesson, you move onto to the next.I've gone up to level three with my schnauzer and I've decided I'm not returning anymore. Here are my pros and cons.ProHalter training is effective and a good alternative to treat based methods. I enjoyed working with my dog using this technique and I think he really responded well to it.ConsClasses are designed to be flexible, so you can join and drop out anytime. This great in principle but had the following issuesThey run 1st and 2nd time seperate classes for each level, but the 'final' classes are so repetitive that I get very little benefit coming. I would get the same value from watching a YouTube video, because the content is the same as it needs to cater to all levels of experienceThe class numbers vary and not capped. Therefore, the quality of the lesson varies, as with a larger group you get very little attention from the staff, including any meaningful feedback.By the time you get to 'final', you're technically suppose to be ready to graduate to the next level. However, unlike the video they play for you at orientation, there actually is no formal graduation process. This is done by the supporting staff and just by them 'observing' you in the group. It's very frustrating to come to the final class for the fifth time, listen to the same repetitive lesson, go through the same exercise, only to be told you haven't passed because no one was watching you. This issue is compounded by uncapped lesson numbers where everyone is trying move up and there's only one or two staff on hand. This would be okay if meaningful feedback or targeted coaching was provided, but it's not. I simply got told various times that his walking needs work" and then brushed off when pressed for further details. The lack of graduation process is very frustrating and I feel sorry for the people who pay per lesson

Wasn't the right choice for us. They encourage you to come in for a free class which is actually a promotional ceminar for their services. The results they show are impressive, and right after they will offer a great discount on their training program. We went for a few weeks and in our experience some of the staff were quite condicending and rude. Training your dog should be fun for both you and the dog, but in our case we really dreaded going to this facility. They forced a head collar on my young puppy (no conditioning, just put it on and deal with it) and unfortunelty as a result our dog now shuts down whenever we put a head collar on him. Their methods rely heavily on forcing the dog to do as you say" as oppose to encouraging them to make good decisions and building a relationship with their handler(s). I'm sure their methods work well for some
