I was disappointed with the service, I was told they would come after 11, arrived at 4.30. I did get a call to say they had issues at a job and were running behind but that was after I txed them to see where they were about 3.30. I missed my afternoon appointments. The son came in to look at the washing machine, rangewood and oven.The door wasn’t closing on the door of the stove properly but he told me I coukd still use it. The rangewood just stopped working, he told me there was nothing he could do and just buy a new one. Last night I found the problem, the plug had come out of the power point. He didn’t even check that. Yes rangewood is now working. He looked at the washing machine and told me that he would get a price for a part for me, I’m still waiting. I was charged $137 dollars if I had cash it was $125 and would come off the price of the part if I was to go ahead.I gave him $150 and he didn’t have change so we all scrabbled to find $25 we came up with $20 wouldn’t u think he would say that’s ok. My husband had to go out to his car and give him $5 in coin. This took all of 15 mins from the time he arrived to the time he was at my house. It’s a father and son team much to my shock the father mark sat in the car the whole time never once getting out.So I would not recommend this father son duo.
