I am a long time customer (7 years) of TopCat dry cleaning. They are hands down the most experienced dry cleaner in Canberra. They are not the cheapest, however if you are looking for very high quality dry cleaning then this is the place for you. Feel very confident about taking your precious pieces here for specialist cleaning. I took my deceased mum’s 40 year old wedding dress here for restoration and was thrilled with the result. I regularly take my husband’s expensive business shirts for cleaning and ironing, and would trust him with the most delicate and careful work. He uses very high quality products that don’t leave a smell and are safe. I can see why other reviews have complained about his manner, yes he can be abrupt, but in my opinion, he takes his work very seriously - I go to TopCat for an expert dry cleaning service, so any personality differences do not bother me. My own experience has been that I’ve been treated very warmly as a long time customer and he has bent over backwards to accommodate my requests and ensure the job was perfect. Highly recommend!

I had a formal gown that had a couple of difficult stains and they not only removed them but they were super helpful and friendly. They clearly explained the challenges with some of the stains and helped me to get it ready for my next big Awards event. Thank you for your great advice and amazing customer service.

I have used Top Cat a number of times for delicate garments such as my wedding dress, but more recently dropped off a dress with a tough stain that I was unable to wash out. A general dry clean was unable to remove the stain and the team called me on two occasions offering a number of riskier options for stain removal at no extra charge. After two goes, the stain was removed and the dress looks as good as new! The team at Top Cat are super helpful and friendly, awesome communicators and the best in the business. I definitely trust them with my more expensive, delicate garments.

Really good customer service by Zain. I take all my designer clothes to get dry cleaned here and he does such a great job. Even on my clothing labels it says pick your dry cleaner carefully! I have always received my clothes in perfect condition, even the delicate items. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a good dry cleaner with amazing service.

The new management is doing a great job so far but just a heads up to people that they do need three days to complete your garments as at the moment the garments are being done off-site at their sister-company in the city from what I've heard. Overall the service in general is awesome :)
