I have had a bitter experience, with this place. As of late, I have found them extremely unreliable and unprofessional. I booked VictoriaBelle for Hair and make-up trial for my up and coming Wedding. I booked the trial on the day of my Cousins wedding. The sad and heart breaking fact was they did not show up, no message no call nothing.I tried messaging them, calling them… no response. I has booked a spray tan with this company hoping to give them another chance. Half an Hour before I was to go in for my spray tan appointment I get a Text message cancelling the appointment because she was going to the Football. The main issue for me I went from work, which took me an hour to get to Berwick from Keysborough in traffic. Therefore, I did not get the message until I got there. I massaged her back… no response….no apology no nothing. My advice go somewhere else somewhere more reliable.

I worked for this lady and she owes me $250 still.Ignored all my calls and texts.Dont waste your time supporting a business run by a thief!
