Melissa and her team at Journee have been absolutely fantastic in assisting us with our relocation from the UK to Perth. From the very beginning she made us feel so comfortable, and all of her efforts alleviated us of many stresses. No request was too big. No question too silly. We never felt pressured and our needs were always put first. What I found in addition to the amazing service we recieved, was her ability to make you feel like you are her only client (and I know this is definately not true as she is too good not to be fully booked!). She is always a message/video call/voice note away, and replies so promptly. This is really important when going through the relocation process. Her service is worth every penny for the stress that it relieves, and I can't recommend enough. Such great attention to detail. We used journee to help us relocate from the UK to Perth in April 23. Melissa and the team were brilliant from the outset. She listened to our needs and expectations and exceeded them with the rental she helped acquire for us. She also helped us find places at the local schools for our daughters, set up our utiities, took deliveries and installation of beds and appliances and much more prior to our arrival. She provided us with a personal service that was second to none and took away a huge amount of stress from the moving process. We cannot recommend this company enough.

We first found Journee recommended on the various Australian/Perth migration groups on Facebook. In the current tight rental market in Perth, it took us some time to figure out what we were looking for but Journee Agency stayed patient with us throughout this entire process. The service that Journee provided from the initial call while in the UK to finally meeting in person at our new home in WA was first class. We probably didn’t have the easiest of relocations to manage due to us travelling to WA via Asia but that didn’t stop the excellent communication via email, texts, phone calls and video calls.Melissa provided a breakdown of suburbs that would be suitable for our needs and focused on securing a rental in these areas including ensuring we were in catchments for good schools- a high priority for us having 3 school age children. Melissa and her team viewed a small number of houses and provided clear and concise information and analysis on the houses. Her local knowledge and links with estate agents really puts your application in the best possible place to be able to secure a rental and that’s just what she did! We got our number 1 choice.The additional support and after care provided is amazing- rental property inspection, setting up of utilities and understanding local services was just what we needed being new to not only WA but Australia.If I were to offer any advice to anyone making such a huge move it would be to use Journee.
