Good for when in the need or you can't get to markettown.. prices are a bit high, but the produce is very fresh as most woolworths are.. I'll definitely go there again.. great service and range..

Wrong prices on items.Items in wrong sections.If you find 1/2 items on a shelf at a certain price i understand mistakes happen. However when you have shelves with 20 of the same thing and the price doesn't match at checkout to bad not their fault

On 04.02.23 I purchased fresh Buffalo Mozzarella at W’worths . In the course of cooking that evening I found a piece of blue plastic embedded in the cheese. I returned the container and piece of plastic to the service desk the following day with my business card and asked that the store manager contact me. Nil vital signs and my past experience with them is that they do not like complaints and always try to shut them down quickly.

Just in store and saw a young attendant take a half chicken baked at 9.40 am and change packet to 11.30am. This is dangerous. The chickens in oven we’re not ready so there is no way a cold half chicken was ready at 11.30.

Asked a staff member to cut a chicken in half for me, and she said that she was busy and to come back in 10 minutes. Came back in 10 minutes, and then she started carrying on about having to do it. It was like it was a real effort for her. So I grabbed a full chicken and didn't bother her anymore with my requests. Unfortunately, and from what I have seen so far, is that customer service in Newcastle is not very good. Would give Woolworths Newcastle West 0 stars if I could. I am a paying customer, and I expect good customer service at the very least.

Gee wonder why your customers think that the broccolini is on special for $2.50 a kilo? Instead, when it’s not that price at the checkout, the rude staff member starts mouthing off instead of asking for a supervisor to assist. We’re all tired of stuff not being right mate, but if your ticketed price is not what it scans at, then you’re in the wrong not me. There is an industry code of conduct for scanning that Woolworths should be following.
