Bua Thai Massage & Day Spa

They refused to honour a gift certificate that was out of date. I personally think that is VERY poor form especially since each person in my family have been there several times before. NOT a good look and in my opinion and unsatisfactory for a local business. Recommend supporting other businesses that care more about their clientele rather than using excuses not to allow use. When I initially spoke to the manager on the phone to explain and ask them to reconsider the lady even hung up on me. I have changed my review slightly ONLY because at least the owner DID communicate and follow up on my complaint which is good however an onerous procedure to get a partial refund is unsatisfactory and my complaint is not about the money. Its the principle! I'll be going elsewhere as will everybody in my family and I'll recommend others that do not like shabby treatment to use other businesses that will likely have a much fairer policy.

This place is amazing . The lady did my message was so professional her name is Sai and she is wonderful . I really really recomend this place .

Nat is a great massager. She is surprisingly strong for her size, and I always come away from Bua Thai Massage feeling great. I'm now a regular customer.

nice building but probably one of my least favourite massages i have ever had. It was like the girl had no training what so ever and was just brushing over my skin and using pressure here and there. Avalon thai massage is 100000 x better. it may have just been my girl but i aint risking it again.

I Booked a 90 minute massage just for my back and neck I specifically asked not to do legs but this was ignored repeatedly . Out of the 90 minutes I probably received only 40 minutes of actual massage .The lady was constantly in and out of the room , answering phone cals and talking to walk ins. I didn't ask for hot stones but this still happened . Again another time waster. Today Im in more pain than when I came in.She definitely had no idea what she was doing or how to massage correctly and totally ignored my requests. I would suggest its better to find a qualified masseuse who gets on with the job, focuses and listens to what you need and want. Very disappointed!!!!
