I’ve been to this salon about 5 times now and have been very happy with their service. The ladies are so gentle, professional and very accomodating. They are pretty clean and their work is amazing. Even though this place is out of my way I am happy to make the 15min trip to visit them. Highly recommend!

Unprofessional. Although my nails look lovely, staff were rude and abrupt. No cheaper than other places so would not go back

I don’t usually write negative reviews but a warning for anyone going to this salon. They do not take good care of your nails. They are so rough, over buff and file. I walked out with nails that looked great but a cut on my finger from the lack of care. After cutting my finger, without my permission they put a solution on it to stop the bleeding. On more than three occasions I asked the nail technician to be gentle and pulled my hand back after she knicked my cuticle. Only hours later all of my nails are feeling really sensitive to touch and almost bruised. I would not recommend going here if you want your nails to not be filed down too much and to be treated roughly.

I came to take the polish nail and the girl didn’t do it professionally if compare the other shop. I never seen someone do like the soak my finger than 10min in the chemical the remove. It was made my fingers all dry and more over my nail is very thin

Terrible service and experience at this salon (although previously it’s been better). The technician cut my finger at the cuticle pretty badly during SNS. I asked her to be more gentle and she did it twice more on other fingers but not as bad. I said I was unhappy with it and it looked terrible and could she offer me a discount. She said “no it’s fine” and gave me a tissue to wipe up the blood. So rude and dismissive! I will be avoiding this salon just to avoid that technician. SNS quality not the best either, large gap between cuticle and colour, and blemish on a couple nails.

First time there and last time. Dirty. Unhygienic. Allow walkins when those with appointments wait. Maybe take one less person in and stop and clean the floor at the very least. Get rid of the grey, overused towels and buy new ones. Sterilize the equipment. Dingley is around the corner and much much better and cleaner. Would not recommend at all

Not bad in regard to nail skill but services and staff aren’t good.Took 3 hours for mani and pedi, staff was rude, one of the nail lady kept snatching my handMy nail is crooked as wellThe water for pedi was cold.It was busy I understand but waiting 20 min intervals for work to be done on nails is ridiculous

My experience with this place has been a hit and miss. It's clean and hygienic but at my last visit I was waiting with my feet soaking in the water for almost an hour before they started my pedicure. She was unnecessarily rough and it actually hurt. In less than 5 minutes, she left without any explanation and started someone else's pedicure. I was shocked! The pedicure took an hour and a half!
