The staff are friendly. Good half price sales. The major let down are the stairs. I rely on getting around with kids in a pram and it’s not a store I can bring them too. When asked if I could walk down the driveway to the furniture area with the pram they allowed it and then of course having to walk back up to the counter to pay it’s a hassle and no way I was getting upstairs to look at the clothes.

This is one of the best local opshops in the region. Prices are reasonable. So much time is spent on the displays with lounge areas and beautiful table settings. The female staff here are possibly the friendliest and kindest volunteers in the area.

Wow the lady run around looking for what I wanted and then told me about blanching fresh vegetables from my garden in the Microwave. A product I had brought from life line 2 days cost $7.00 and today at Salvation army store they had the exact same one for $1.00. Think I will be coming here more often

Just bought an out door setting from here. When picking it up I arrived just after closing but this wasn’t a problem for Rob who gladly helped me load it and stayed back while I strapped it down. Hats off to Rob and the Salvo’s for the great work they do. Great service!!!

I visited this Salvation Army in Ipswich yesterday for the first time. I do not recommend taking a pram into this store as there are stairs leading up and down to view clothes and other things. The store was neat and very well set up. The volunteers were very nice and helpful. Prices were reasonable.

We were in the store this morning for their big sale. Before going into the retail area we dropped off 2 large bags of clothing etc which was in really good condition .... we often do. When we went to the front counter to pay for our purchases, we were embarrassed and made to feel that we were tryi g to purchase new items for half price, and that we had stuff hidden at the bottom of a plant pot that had the saucer inside it! We were insulted, and won't be going there again .... will go to Bundamba instead!
