I would highly recommend Michael Young for all your building design and drafting needs. Despite the building industry being in such demand at the present time, Michael has still made himself available to provide drafting and design services which are innovative and thoughtful and his delivery is timely. Michael also has a strong ability to communicate with all stakeholders and listens to his clients needs. We are glad to say that Michael has been the right fit for our complex project: the major renovation of a Queenslander in a Heritage Precinct on a sloping and rocky block. Thank you Michael!

We own an older, two storey property and worked with Michael to plan the renovations for our kitchen/dining area to be extended using an existing deck, build a new deck, move the external stairs and renovate our bathroom. Michael understood our vision, offered thoughtful suggestions throughout the process & the final plans were exactly what we wanted to achieve.
