Mino IT Managed Services

Following a Windows update, there was a breakdown in communication between my radiographic image scanner and my software.Keith was able to log in remotely and rectify the issue despite him being out of the office at the time.I was very grateful to be up and running again in much less time than I had anticipated.

Great service and excellent staff

We entered into a monthly Managed Service Agreement with Mino IT and are continually thankful that we did. Our contract with Mino IT means we always have help on hand immediately and consequently have little or no downtime. We have regular meetings with Keith ensuring that our IT needs are kept up to date. Mino IT has taken all the stress of worrying about our computers out of our lives and freed up time for us to concentrate on our business. They are a pleasure to deal with.
