Paul was so, so brilliant! Our split system broke down literally days before Easter and guests had booked our home for the long weekend. I put out the SOS and he moved heaven and earth to get our new system delivered and installed before our guests arrived. Surfside Services (PaulCreevey) designed, supplied, installed and connected and then tested three air conditioning systems for a 2 storey house, over the promised two day period and set up the air-condition systems 2*2kw and one a 6kw unit for the upstairs bedrooms.I am an Engineer and selected all Daiken equipment and the quality of all materials was excellent as was the install.Paul and his team worked safely, they innovated, the impact on us was zero and the final outcome spot on. WOW - Paul was a super star in every sense of our dealings with him. From prompt quoting, to following up, to making a time for our installation the following week and having our big job done in 2 days. He was a pleasure to deal with, was not intimidating and explained the job in a way that we could understand. He was polite, friendly, prompt and affordable. His workmanship is top quality and he even fixed an unrelated issue in our roof, that had nothing to do with his work at all but he found the problem and fixed it for us all the same. Even arranging for another tradesperson to follow up with us to finish the repair that we needed. If I could rate Paul more than 5 stars I would and I highly recommend him to anyone with any heating or cooling needs. Don't even bother looking elsewhere!

I had an split system air conditioner installed by Paul. Paul's work was excellent by the way the unit was attached to the wall ie pipes being straight down wall. He was on time both when quoting and installing and always answered sms/phone calls promptly as well. He was never in a rush and happy to explain any questions I had. My job was a to replace an existing unit, and even went to the trouble of giving me the replacement batteries of old remote before I use my new ones. If you need an air conditioner, you wont find anyone that will do a better job!
