Was assured they would look after me. Then once I'd agreed it seemed to me I was just an annoyance to them. I always felt completely lost in the process and like I was annoying them when I asked questions. If I hadn't been in such a bad way health wise I would have gone somewhere else but I was overwhelmed and struggling with pain so I didn't have the ability to do that. I felt better treated and cared for by my former employer than the people I paid to represent me.
