Kroll Heaters Australia

We had a gasification wood boiler supplied by Kroll to heat our slab and home, this is our first winter and it’s been very disappointing. The system does not work as it should and requires an extreme amount of wood just to get a little bit of warmth into the slab. We’re now at the point of not using the heater as it’s far to much work for little to no reward. Kroll have been very reluctant to sort out the issues, they do not support their product with after sales service, it’s been left up to us to try are work out why the system isn’t working. Now we have to go to VCAT to try and get some compensation to cover the cost of getting it fixed. Our home is the one on their website in Wooreen Vic

We recently got a wood hydronic Australia boiler and heater from Kroll Heat for our home and I am very happy with the product. It is very safe to use and it heats up my crib comfortably. The heater meets all our heating demands even after the wood fire has gone out hours back. I am particularly happy with their product because it is a green way of keeping my home warm. As an environmentalist by profession, I strongly recommend this product to everyone.
