I one of those people who thinks that there's no need for counselling if you're not suffering from depression. And wrong I was to think that!Counselling goes beyond dealing with depression, it helps you deal with the daily anxieties that life throws at you, see situation from another angle, understand the whys" of your actions based on your childhood
