Upon entering the atmosphere is lonely. We sat at the table and the person who brought us the menu did not even greet us. We thanked her for the menu and she didn't respond, just stared at us. The girl who took the order was kind of friendly, she said hello and asked what we wanted. When receiving the food, it arrived without salad, only chicken and potatoes and the crepe without cutlery. The taste of the food was good, the potatoes were not oily and the chicken lacked seasoning. The crepe was good nothing out of the ordinary.The total for the order would have been around $75 however we were charged a little over $42. I consider that it was that price since there was a lack of salad on the plates, however the waitresses did not say anything about it. Likewise, when I approached to pay the bill, the attention was terrible. I consider that the terrible customer service means that the place does not receive many diners.

Disappointed in the service young staff stood around talking I had to ask twice for me steak to be re cooked. By the third time I didn’t bother eating it. My steak was considered blue. Wish I could share a pic. Need more mature staff that value customers not their social life and their phones.

Lovely decor and very spacious, just a shame it’s surrounds are very car park like.The food was nice, great portion sizes and seemed nice and fresh. The free refills on soft drinks are a nice touch but not needed as the glasses are HUGE.Staff were friendly and attentive but there were a few errors like incorrect drink and forgetting salad dressing. Nothing major though and easily fixed.

Service was ok. Music was too loud, and the staff member who served us spoke in a low tone, and it was hard to hear her. Music disnt help either. The food was great, though.

We recently visited Rashays Macarthur Mall and had the pleasure of enjoying their sirloin steak with creamy mushroom pasta. We must say, we were thoroughly impressed with our dining experience.The steak was slightly over salty but cooked - juicy and tender, with a lovely char on the outside. The portion size was generous and left me feeling satisfied without being too heavy.The pasta was perfectly cooked and the creamy mushroom sauce was the perfect balance of savoury and creamy. The dish was also generously portioned, leaving me feeling satisfied without feeling overly full.In addition to the food, the service at Rashays Macarthur Mall was excellent. The staff was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. The ambiance was also inviting and comfortable, making for a pleasant dining experience overall.I highly recommend Rashays Macarthur Mall to anyone in the area looking for a delicious meal and a great dining experience. I will certainly be returning in the future to try more of their menu offerings.

Wow the food has improved at rashays. It is a lot better than before but unfortunately the price also went up but i am still happy with the food. Place is great, staff are great. Overall a pleasant experience.

Don’t even waste your money or time !I ordered a chicken Cesar salad with side of vegetables, took so long ! The vegetables were old and wrinkly not even fresh then the food was gross. I told them to remove the vegetables off my bill it was horrible yuck!

Didn’t even get to eat, staff were too busy talking at the front door to acknowledge customers, then after a staff member told them to help us out, the staff member walked us to a table, dropped the menu and didn’t say a word!Waited 10 minutes for someone to take our order, with staff back in a conversation and ignoring customers.Ended up walking out as obviously we were an inconvenience to the staff who were too involved with their own conversation to do their job!
