Super easy to buy from at great prices

Pricing is good, service is bad.I wouldn’t rely on this company if you are a professional - ordered a simple set of parts on a Tuesday - received an email confirming parts had been dispatched on Thursday afternoon - still no tracking updates by the following Tuesday morning, so called to be informed first that the courier hadn’t updated the tracking, after calling the courier and having them tell me they had no shipment by that manifest number, I called 4wh again to hear that my parts were still on the warehouse floor and that they’d missed the cut off for the courier the week before. Amazing.What’s the point of a shipping confirmation email if the shipment hasn’t actually been dispatched? Now have a client’s car in the air for an extra week after receiving the shipping email and informing the client that parts would be in Tuesday at latest (express post). Disappointing to say the least and no apologies offered for the inconvenience.
