Do not use this company.I needed my gutters cleaned and their email estimate of $300 seemed reasonable. The first problem was they didn't turn up on time - checking with the 'office' revealed the job has not been booked. Job was rearranged for the following day. Again, they didn't turn up on time - rechecked with the 'office' and they had been been delayed. Given it was a high wind day this was reasonable but the fact they didn't let me know wasn't reasonable.Two guys turned up to do the job and advised that there would be an additional $100 as it was the first time they had been to my home. I really needed my gutters cleaned so I agreed. Then I was advised there was an additional $50 to clean the solar hot water panel and kitchen skylight. Again I agreed.20 mins later and after some activity on the roof they said they had finished. I queried why it was so quick and if they had in fact cleaned the gutters. They said no because they gutters had gutterguard fitted.I'm $450 out of pocket, my gutters haven't been cleaned and all I got was the roof blown clear of leaves!

Booked and confirmed a date and time (9.00am) to have gutters cleaned. The day before I received a confirmation by text, which I acknowledged.On the day no one arrived at the appointed time. I made several enquiries and was told the tradesman was delayed but was on his way. Was eventually told he would be there around 12.30pm, but would phone when 20 minutes away.Eventually a fellow arrived around 2.00pm. He gave a verbal quote, which was much more that a competitor, but in any event said he he did not have time to do the job.Absolutely hopeless. I waited in all day for him to arrive. Other companies are more professional, reliable and cheaper.

Great service, friendly staff - booked, arrived and finished on time and well priced. So rare but such a great experience.

Search Google and found this company so decided to give them a try to clean my gutters. Wasn't disappointed, very professional and on time and most importantly very clean. Definitely would use again.
