We would like to save you from the ordeal our family encountered with Katie Smith. If you do use her, make sure you check the paperwork for a hidden caveat on your home, that you unknowingly sign as it is not explained to you. Even when you are very unhappy with her lack of communication and skills, you have no choice but to pay as she has control over your home. Believe me, go elsewhere.
