Following a faulty Colourbond installation via a trader in the Blue Mountains, I contacted Brad at EME in despair about the condition my roof was in. Brad kindly came up to the mountains, assessed the work, advised me what to do and reassured me that remedial work could be performed by EME.I had initially received a quote from EME that was marginally higher than the tradesman I used. The good will and professionalism displayed by Brad and his team was excellent, despite the fact I didn't accept the initial quote.
