Shortly after my original review I received a personal apology from the owner of Ourootz via FB. Unfortunately I was skeptical about rectification but this business kept their word and exceeded my expectation to remediate. I've kept my original review below for context. It has been 5 months but I understand they've faced some raru which I can empathise with. We received the missing tee for my boy along with another (handwritten) apology and an ample koha which is much appreciated. I'm glad this pakihi and their whānau have recovered and are moving forward. We're thankful and wish you all the best!Original review:Paid to ship express to NZ for 5 tees. Supposed to be 1-3 business days but they didn’t hand it over to the courier until 10 days later. They apologised and refunded shipping cost - which I’m thankful for. But when our package arrived it was missing a tee shirt. Imagine the whole fam getting their tees and my poor 5yr old missing out. I’ve emailed and DM (IG) with only one response saying they’ll ship it out but I’ve had no comms beyond that to know our last tee is on its way. Very very disappointed and not happy to get excuses. Tried to be understanding and patient of this small business but from an operational POV they suck! Cool tee shirts but wouldn’t order again because of this headache. A month now since ordering. Unresolved. Basically stole my money.
