What is the point of booking in if you have to wait 40 mins for a palletYour response“No depot is sitting around waiting for you to attend sorry”No one suggested you should be sitting around waiting for me to attend, that is why I paid $22 to book in a time to pick up.Even with the notice you were so disorganised I waited 50 minutes.Very poor form!Will instruct freight forward company to never use you again for our imports.

Helpful advice on the phone to re-book appointment to change the service type. On the day, forklift arrived quickly and brought out the goods. Staff on the ground were ready to offer help when i needed it. Thank you!

1277 for three days of storage good luck picking it up they make it hard well guess why they have 1277 reasons in the end you're the one who's extorting me the fact that you got insulted about your nepotistic arrangement ownership/employment is on you that I have struck a nerve the fact you're a five-year-old lording what little power you have small business

Typically smaller scale import & export business operating out of the Port of Brisbane area.Parking both nearby and at drop off or collection is a issue.For the first time visitors the system of operations is confusing.The in gate by signage has outgoing arrows painted on the road's surface.The Outgate is similar on signage.They don't allow you in by vehicle until your paperwork is processed but until you are in the office the situation isn't explained. Truly confusing.The small office is cluttered by boxes of paperwork on the waiting area.No toilets are available but signage directs you to a nearby location.The forklift drivers collect your processed paperwork from you as you sit in the bus shelter" by the front gate. Better hope its not raining.Then they invite you to drove on and find a parking spot for loading or unloading. They are efficient in their job.The reception area needs a revamp as it doesn't come anywhere near the level at opposition sites such as Famous Logistics Brisbane or say Marine & Auto in Sydney."

My first and hopefully last experience with this company. They charge $22 to book a time slot for your collection of goods. Whilst booking online, you must provide all the documentation for your freight. Hence my expectation is that they know what goods are being collected, and when. I turned up at 1.05pm for my allocated 1 - 2pm collection. I did not get to collect my goods until 2.40pm. There was on one van and one truck waiting when I turned up on time. Definitely not a great experience, and charging for the collection is just criminal, especially if you cant do it efficiently.

Booking is just a joking. Arrived about 10 30 for bio inspection get serviced at 1 30. There is 3 trucks in front of me. Waiting Time is way too long.

The worst company I have ever dealt with. Was charged $297 for one days extra storage fee due to me being hospital. This was explained to them but the rude arrogant woman in the office didn't care in the least. I could [ick it up after being only notified at 10:30am on Friday that it had to be picked up on the day, which was impossible to arrange freight. They are closed Saturday and Sunday so the next possible day was Monday, so I was charged a outrageous cost for a one meter square pallet. Just pure greed. Not only that they make you book a time for pick up then charge you another $22.00 for booking it in. Iron it amusing that the comments about me at the window as I was never there. My customers agent even sent you a email regarding my hospitalisation do want a copy of my hospital admission and does customs want to charge$20 to book time and is$297 for 1days storage a standard storage fee Let you be honest

Pretty bad experience with this company. If you're potentially looking at using their services, maybe consider other options first.
