Hawkesbury lookout
The Hawkesbury Lookout is a great spot to stop and have a break while going to the Blue Mountains. There is plenty of parking and some benches to sit and eat. The view is amazing and you can see all the way to the city skyline. Amazing views and well worth stopping for a break or a quick look at the view across the Napean Valley.

When coming back from blue mountain come by Hawkesbury Hight and this magnificent place is in the way you can see Parramatta from there. very nice view on mountain

Hawkesbury Lookout is ideally situated along the route that connects the Hawkesbury region with the Blue Mountains and is a wonderful picnic location.There are some picnic tables right next to the overlook, so carry a lunch. Bring your dog; however, please keep him on a leash as this park is dog-friendly.

Amazing view, good parking and heaps of seating, just needs some bins and maybe a water bubbler and it would be perfect.

Magnificent view. It shows you how small humans are.Although there are plenty of car park available, you might wanna slow down when you approach this place because it’s right next to a highway.Pretty kids friendly. There are a couple of chairs there for you to enjoy the view. It gets pretty windy so not very suitable for picnic.

Great spot for a picnic and some photos. The view is amazing won't be forgotten. Easy to get there and easy to park your car.Ideally located on the drive between the Hawkesbury region and the Blue Mountains

Beautiful views, ample car parking and picnic tables. Not too far from Sydney. Beautiful drive in the lush green Hawkesbury Valley from Richmond side. A must go for a short drive/half day outing from Sydney. Nearest Coles is 4.6 kms. Carry some snacks along and soak in the views sitting at the lookout.
