Have been going to Razzle Dazzle for close to 10 years now. Dianne is friendly and always knows what to do with my hair :)

I am a bit disappointed. I came here with the intention of going lighter. After 3 sessions my hair was orange and extremely brassy and nowhere near as light as it should be. I’ve gone through the process of lightening and have lost about 5 inches of my hair (due to the damage from the lightening process) without any of the lightening benefits. My hair was brassy and orange.I went back for a keratin treatment to make my hair more manageable and cut down on styling time. I’m not sure what was done but it was not a keratin smoothing treatment. I reached out about my dissatisfaction and was advised that I need to activate the keratin with heat. The next time I washed my hair I used a treatment in my hair, a smoothing serum and heat spray then blowdried my hair as instructed and it was still frizzy and not smooth at all. I ended up having to put more product in and straighten my hair. If anything, my hair was less manageable than before.I reached out to the stylist a week and a half ago and have had no response.I’ve since been to another hair salon who have advised that I should have been lighter than I was after the visits and they weren’t sure why the salon was toning my hair with red tones when I was trying to go blonde, it’s what has made my hair orange.They’ve also told me that they don’t believe there was any keratin in my hair, they couldn’t feel it or see it in my hair when they washed or styled it.I’m a bit disappointed and won’t be returning.

I recommend Soho Hair Salon. They do wonderful job and a great price.the owner and all the girl are friendly . the best service. I’m so happy with the result will like to coming here all the time.
