Bunch of liars at this place. Nicole who served me, was good. Paid for order in full and promised delivery the next day before lunch.Called at 12.30 and was told they are waiting for trucks.1.30 again was same story.2.30 the truck is Enrique with 2 delivery in Wollert and then Mernda.It’s 3.57 and the driver called me that he is 30 minutes away.2 of my trades waiting for material since lunch.$350 of labour down the drain.Avoid this liars

Really great experience. Phone service was friendly and helpful, in store was just as good. They offered a discount on their delivery fee too as I wasn't far away and only needed a single sheet of ply.

Very terrible customer service. If i had other options, I'd have used it - so if you have other options, you should too - go to Bunnings if you can. The nunmber of times no one called me back although I was promised one, the number of times I'm told my order would be in by a certain time but isn't is honestly disheartening and frustrating to say the least!Update: The order was finally delivered and the delivery driver was beyond amazing! Thank you!

Inexperienced people, and rude!they don’t know how to advise their customers about using their products, you have to figure out yourself! Thanks Nicole for wasting my time and your disrespectful voice tone talking to me. Not recommending bowens for any chemicals or tools only timber, I got the rest of the stuff from Bunnings with good guidance and very competitive pricing and product size.

Tried to order and prepay over the phone,was told we don't do this you have to come in"Came in and prepaid for small timber order.Told them someone would pick up on my behalf

Kind and competent staff. Great choice in the hardware store. Should have more choice of hardwoods and more width choice, but it's understandable that they cannot store everything. Free cuts and prices are average.

Bought some cladding from Bowens Epping - Dec 2021, returned it within a week because it doesn't click/lock in to our existing one.Have make more than 10 calls to them since asking about the progress, was promised that we'll get a refund with receipt but still no refund now in May 2022 (6 months since)Stay away from them! Not worth dealing with a business that does not honour and follow up their work.

Ordered Spantec beams and Accessories from Bowens and they were extremely helpful in quoting, ordering and supplying all materials as requested. They even helped me in picking up Roofing battens from next door Stratco which saved me time and money. The Sale guy Mick is one of the friendliest and most helpful Sales rep. I have come across. The delivery driver was very professional and proper and helped me with the long and heavy beams. I am delighted with his support and service from Bowens. Definitely recommend them.
