Incredible service at both the Tuggerah and Auburn stores. The price point is affordable and the quality of each item I have purchased is outstanding. I do wish there were more bed styles available tho. Highly recommend checking out your local store.

This was possible because the team at Auburn store has been so helpful in helping me choose the right product.About the furniture, great quality, amazing design and best pricing.I have ended up buying all the furniture that I need from Auburn store and my home is filled with total positivity. I’ve since brought everything else from here such great quality and service! Warranty claims that are effortless makes life easier! 10/10!

Ordered online. Asked for delivery option. Somehow items got delivered to a store some 80kms away from me and they the charged me ludicrous delivery price. That is they attempted to charge me $250 delivery for a $90 item. In the end they supposedly posted item but charged $40. Buyer beware, auburn store has terrible customer service and staff very rude on phone.

Customer service was second to none. The right level of care and attention without ever feeling pressured into the purchase. Such a wonderful experience I will definitely be a returning customer.
