Terrible management, manager in particular; item was sold in discount but kept in original condition when tried to return, but manager told to not possible it is more than 2 weeks however it was just over it and he has changed it earlier too. But this time he has put the same material 50% Discunet he does not want to provide this discount therefore he is trying to make a drama even though the item was on tag and within the same baggage when we bought it. first they want to change when he scan it and realised it need to return some amount because of the discount then stated there is no policy, without apologising once he just walked away and said no refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE, workers are nice but manager is TERRIBLE.

Needs sales

No customer service what so ever. Walked into the store where one worker was looking after another customer. The other worker was standing there just talking on his mobile phone. If you on the phone at least go where no customer can see you.

Terrible management, manager in particular; item was sold in discount but kept in original condition when tried to return, but manager was looking for faults in the item, first stated there was no tags (item was bought with no tags) then stated there is no policy, then he had made a stain on the singlet then claimed it cannot be refunded to the stain and claiming it had been worn. He then blamed the staff for the fault of selling the item, then without apologising once he just walked away and said no refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE, workers are nice but manager is TERRIBLE.
