Bought a car from Luke on the condition he would remove all the warning lights prior to collection. Luke waited until I arrived in Warragul from Torquay to tell me that he had not been able to remove the warning light even though I asked him prior to setting off. He then assured me the light might go out on the way home, but if if didn't I could take it to a local mechanic and he'd sort out the bill. The light did not go out on my way home and when I called him to tell him such he said he would only pay $200 towards the cost of the $500 repair. After I applied to a VCAT he increased his offer to $250 and told me that I would likely be unsuccessful at VCAT and this was just to save his time and effort. Needles to say I won the VCAT and Luke was ordered to pay all repair costs. The mediator also instructed Luke to pay my VCAT application cost, as he was found Luke to be 100% at fault which is quite rare. Defiantly would encourage people to stay away. I didn't really like their sales approach. Luke's business partner kept telling me how trustworthy they were as country folk and that car sales men/women in the city couldn't be trusted, but that obviously couldn't be further from the truth.

I recommend giving luke a go Unfortunately i didnt end up buying a car from luke but he was awesome through the whole process not pushy at all and when i told him i had brought a car somewhere else he was not bitter at all thanked me for giving him a go and wished me luck lots of respect thanks mate
