Anytime Physio, Massage & Podiatry

I went in urgently struggling to walk with lower back pain. The physician gave helpful advice and a good deep tissue massage. However the session(s) was/were relatively expensive and the physician insisted I take more sessions than necessary, even after commented that I could not afford them.I agreed to a second session but regret it immensely.At the start of the second session we discussed what the session would entail and the physician said that we would discuss certain exercises I could do to increase my lower-back strength. After monitoring my progress since the first session I received a very mediocre massage. Once that was finished the physician told me the session was over and I would need to book another session to go over different exercises. Even after I asked for a brief list the physician refused.Very disappointing experience after my first session. I feel like I was scammed.

I was recommended to do some physio for knee pain from running. I saw Hal for a few months. He has been great in identifying the root causes - sitting posture included! - and tailoring the exercises levels based on a busy office lifestyle. The reception staff members are lovely and professional too. Highly recommend the amazing staff here.

Ive been working with Eugenie since I had double surgery on my shoulder and knee. She is bright and bubbly and a hard task master at getting even the laziest patients to get the job done and with in the past 6 weeks I have seen the results. Not only did she help me with exercises and hands on techniques, but she suggested I see the in house podiatrist who was able to show me why my knee had torn and I now have orthotics which has made a big difference to the way I walk and taken some of the pain away quicker. I highly recommend the team at anytime and especially Eugenie as a Physio!

I am so grateful for Anytime Physio’s online consultation option.A knee injury just before an overseas trip left me unable to walk or stand for extended periods. Not the best for sightseeing! However, I was able to book in online with Alan and this saved me the hassle of trying to find a physio in a foreign country. Thanks to his tailored and expert assessment and advice, I was back on my feet within a week.Highly recommend!

I really can't say enough good things about Eugénie at Anytime Newstead. I have struggled with knee issues for over a decade from running and Eugénie was the first Physio of many to finally help me get to the root of the issue and I can now run long distance without pain for the first time in ages.

Jasper is the best Physiotherapist I have ever seen. He solved a complex issue for me so I can compete in sport competitively again. He's taken the time to understand the biomechanics of my sport and provided a pathway to competing at my optimum level again.

I've been seeing Hal for my knee and inner thigh issue. He has been wonderful in drafting up a recovery plan as well as being very helpful and informative on walking me through the why and how to better understand how to recover quicker and prevent future injuries. The reception lady that works on Saturday mornings is also awesome and very friendly. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a long term physio.
