Booked pedicure and facial for my daughter and I. My daughter said her treatment was lovely HOWEVER my therapist exfoliated my right leg for so long I thought I would not have any skin left on my leg. When she started on the left leg I asked her to stop. I hardly had any exfoliting on my feet and my feet came out of there exactly the way they went in. No softer, still hard skin on my heels etc.I sent an email of to the spa to let them know my thoughts and to also say what an exceptional service my daughter had and i have not heard back from them at all. Very quick to take your money but no follow up . Extremely disappointed. I have had some beautiful pedicures over the years and this one was certainly not in that bracket by a mile

I just enjoyed the best hot stone massage I’ve ever had! My friend loved hers also. Thank you Karen and the team for an exceptional experience, totally worth every cent, you won’t be disappointed! Now off for a brunch and a browse in the Main Street feeling very relaxed!

Truly such an amazing experience! It was all about the finer details for me - the heated massage bed, the aromatherapy bath and the care Hannah and Meghan gave us was so impeccable, I cant recommend this day spa enough. We'll definitely be back! ❤️

Had a beautiful couples experience. My partner is a seasoned spa goer, but for someone like myself we was new to the experience. It was such a welcoming one. I felt comfortable at all times. Megan who look after me, was so caring and paid attention to my skin type and even past injuries. Left feeling on cloud 9. Thank you!

I bought my wife a gift voucher for here and she rang up to use it to be told that it expired 2 weeks ago.Staff member told her that she had 3 years to use it and don’t bring Covid or lockdowns into it as 3 years is generous. We live in Melbourne so I’m sure this day spa was an essential service and was 5km from our house. When she said that as it was only 2 weeks can she book something in on the spot and pay for the remaining amount on the spot. The response was you will need to speak with management. Only provided a email as contact and when asked if they could just call she was told no you can only speak with them via email.Email was sent and surprise surprise after a few week she still has not heard from them.Biggest waste of $100.
