Great Customer service , I got a somehow faulty monitor that doesn't work in properly , so I asked them to replace it after awhile , but they didn't have in stock so they gave me an upgrade and arrived in next day :)

No customer support. Faulty product. Purchased a Viewsonic M1+ impossible to use without a chrome cast or similar so added cost and not true wireless and even then hard to set up. Used only about 20times then just stopped due to fan fault, a well known and documented issue, no support at all from Viewsonic refused to help unless I paid more money to their recommended repairer. Save your money and your time.

A+++ Aftersales support for this company is simply AMAZING! These days most electronics are considered throwaway after they fail outside warranty. I owned an LS820 projector that started to have some issues FIVE YEARS after I purchased it. I contacted Viewsonic to seek possible repair at my own cost. They promptly sent me a replacement unit free of charge (LS830) to replace my faulty one. This is simply amazing customer service and they have definitely gained me as a loyal customer for my future purchases. If you want REAL customer support, I suggest you look closely at the Viewsonic products.

amazing customer service and support! Contacted them about an issue with a 2 year old monitor that isn't showing colours properly for videos on youtube twitch or VLC. Sent them acouple of screen shots of my the colour difference between my 2 monitors and they instantly just offered a StepUp replacement and was at my door step within 3 days. I was expecting some troubleshooting to happen with them to help fix the other monitor but they just decided to give me a new upgraded one instead! Thanks Viewsonic this issue has been bugging me for months and is now fix!!

Had a faulty monitor go through warranty claim, and a completely free replacement was sent back albeit missing a part. Really outstanding customer service from Jack, who helped me promptly with sending me the missing part from my replacement, and now I again have a functional and top notch monitor.

Great after sales service and warranty claims outcome. Had a 701 4k projector develop a bright pixel a year and a half after purchase. Sent a brand new full replacement unit free of charge a d within 2 weeks.
