0 StarsRude, unprofessional and downright disrespectful.Do not disregard the number of bad reviews about rude behavior. Words cannot describe how badly you are treated at this place.Arrived at store 4:50pm to return a modem as asked by the online Vodafone team. Account was already closed and only a modem drop-off was required.The lady at the store said you should come tomorrow as we close at 5:30 pm.I asked her well its still time to close. She rudely said you can come tomorrow. The way she said it was like I was there asking her for money.I asked her name informing her that I want to complain about her attitude. She started screaming and refused to tell her name. When I was going away she said you can come back tomorrow. I told her I am never coming back.This all happened while I had my 9 and 3 year old with me. Extremely hurt and saddened by the attitude.Never ever coming to this store again.And I can see by reading the previous reviews this is regular with most customers.Also learned that this is a franchise and don’t care about Vodafone’s reputation.

I have been using the service of this branch for a long time and the staff are always very attentive to customer requests, scrupulously and carefully work out all the details and possible ways to resolve the issue.
