Vodafone Rockingham City

Very rude staff. Went there to return a phone bought along with a plan and after discussion with the customer care over phone, went to drop it at the showroom. But the staff was full of attitude and was keen in turning me away instead of being helpful. Very arrogant and extremely unfriendly behaviour.

After Vodafone staff lied to get me to sign a phone contract then refused to correct their mistake, they made me spend hours on the phone - no exaggeration - as they repeatedly transferred or held the call to make me go away.I always read contracts carefully.. except this one time, I missed the lie.Even the parent company of the franchise indulged in terrible behaviour. They even repeatedly accidentally" dropped the call out.Since dealing with Vodafone I have seen every poor phone trick out there. Ombudsman was little help. They can get away with all this so they do!If you have nothing better to do than waste hours and days in humiliation and be locked into a contract which doesn't deliver;. Go for it!This review can be substantiated with witnesses and diary and paper reports. I'm sharing my terrible experience for the edification of others and keeping others from experiencing what I have had to deal with as a consumer."

Amy at this store was amazing. The most compassionate and helpful human being when I went in with my best friend to handle her deceased mothers account. Absolutely fantastic service in a difficult situation.

Went in today to enquire about home internet and a new phone plan.Emma was so helpful, informative and professional, even my sister was impressed with her service.Definitely made me a happy customer and very confident with continuing my service with Vodaphone.

The two employees were good cop/ bad cop - ended up purchasing a phone and Telstra plan from The Good Guys with a 700 dollar cash back. Vodaphone isn't what it used to be.

Had the best experience at Voda due to a very knowledgeable young lass by the name of Emma / Emily (?). She knew her stuff & was very thorough. I look forward to using my new Samsung 22 Ultra which only took 4 days to arrive
