This bar is a great place to go to chill out after a hard day at work. The bartenders make such wonderful cocktails and the nibbles are great. There wine knowledge is unbelievable.It is a place you must try

My go to bar in Cairns - great wine, cocktails and cheese boards with super knowledgeable and welcoming staff. I have ended many a night out here for a wind down before the ride home. 100% recommend!

On a Wednesday night we decided to head out for a drink and we are so glad this is the bar we chose to spend our evening at.We were greeted with the most genuine and terrific company and AMAZING, unique cocktails.We watched the owner handle a tricky situation with grace and composure all while playing fun games to engage with other customers.This was hands down the highlight of our trip to Cairns.The lighting, music, drinks, service and overall ambiance was all we could have asked for and more.We will definitely be back!

Not local to cairns but frequently visit and always make time to stop in at conservatory. Aside from the extensive wine and cocktail list, Ross’ service and general welcoming nature make this place worth a visit. The bounty espresso martini is the perfect after dinner treat though all the cocktails are really delicious. The conservatory is absolutely unforgettable hidden gem and one which I recommend to any and all friends and family visiting cairns. Look forward to my next visit.
